Would you like to outline in advance of Friday what the "finished" product of the revised DEP document should contain in order to "pass" muster?
I refer to new features rather than actual content.
For example, will it be sufficient to insert "measurables" into the existing goals and objectives?
Will it be acceptable if we take a "minimalist" approach to the revision since the existing DEP has already been well considered by COI over an extended period of time?

I'm not 100% certain what route will be best. Obviously we have spent considerable time on the previous drafts and most would probably consider them good goals.
Another option might be brainstorm on goals in light of the others documents and current fiscal environment. Then look see how it might mesh with our existing work.
Just adding measurables could work too. What do others think?
