Do you need to register the committee members for that to appear?
The screen should look like this:

Just to confirm your Pipeline account, I have you entered as pdiamond.
Your permissions are set to "Write" at the user level, but there might be some other tweaks to consider.

Attached is a spreadsheet that you and the departments in your areas can use to prioritize the resource requests that were submitted in the program reviews. The columns listed at the top of the spreadsheets will enable departments to provide the information that is needed by the Deans Council, the Academic Senate and CPC for their review and recommended prioritizations of the new resources requested.
For each of the items requested, list in the appropriate column if new resources are needed to pay for the item (New Resources) or if it can be funded from existing resources (Existing resources). If the item can be funded from an existing source of funding, note the source (e.g., Fund 41, Lottery, Measure V) in the column labeled "Source of Existing Dollars" .
The criterion or if more than one, criteria for prioritizing resource requests that were identified by CPC should be listed in the column labeled " CPC Criteria" for each item being requests. The criteria and the numbers associated with them are listed at the bottom of each spreadsheet.
The last column labeled "Overall Ranking" should be used to rank the resource requests within each category (i.e., equipment, staff, facilities, other) for which new resources are being requested. Requests that can be funded from an existing source of funding do not need to be ranked since they will not be forwarded to the Deans Council, Senate or CPC for prioritization.
